Motor Fuel Tax Report for the month of September 2012, including September 2011, and Fiscal Year to Date
In September 2012, motor fuel tax collections totaled approximately $142.7 million (after refunds). There were approximately 519.5 thousand gallons of fuel taxed which included 120.7 thousand gallons of special fuels. Special fuels are considered diesel, kerosene, and propane.
