Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax
Motor Fuel Tax Report for the month of March 2003,
including March 2002 and Fiscal Year to Date (2003)
In March 2003, motor fuel tax collections totaled
approximately $115.4 million (after refunds). Total gallons
of fuel taxed were approximately 537.2 million including
118.2 million of special fuels. Special fuels are diesel,
kerosene, and propane.
