Motor Fuel Tax Report for the month of January 2005,
including January 2004 and Fiscal Year to Date

In January 2005, motor fuel tax collections totaled
approximately $133.2 million (after refunds). Total gallons
of fuel taxed were approximately 517.7 million including
124.3 million of special fuels. Special fuels are diesel,
kerosene, and propane.
