Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax
Motor Fuel Tax Report for the month of March 2008,
including March 2007 and Fiscal Year to Date (2008)
In March 2008, motor fuel tax collections totaled
approximately $145.6 million (after refunds). Total gallons
of fuel taxed were approximately 524.9 million including
126.0 million of special fuels.
Special fuels are diesel, kerosene, and propane.
