Motor Fuel Tax Report for the month of October 2011,
including October 2010 and Fiscal Year to
Date (2012)
In October 2011, motor fuel tax collections totaled
approximately $146.8 million (after refunds). There were
approximately 532.9 thousand gallons of fuel taxed which
included almost 125.6 thousand gallons of special
fuels. Special fuels are considered diesel, kerosene,
and propane.
