Motor Fuel Tax Report for the month of May 2012, including May 2011 and Fiscal Year to Date (2012)
In May 2012, motor fuel tax collections totaled approximately $157.5 million (after refunds). There were approximately 569.3 thousand gallons of fuel taxed which included almost 133.1 thousand gallons of special fuels. Special fuels are considered diesel, kerosene, and propane.
