Motor Fuel Tax Report for the month of May 2010,
including May 2009 and Fiscal Year to Date (2010)
In May 2010, motor fuel tax collections totaled approximately
$155.9 million (after refunds). There were approximately
564.3 thousand gallons of fuel taxed which included almost
124.1 thousand gallons of special fuels. Special fuels
are considered diesel, kerosene, and propane.
