Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax
Motor Fuel Tax Report for the month of March 2010,
including March 2009 and Fiscal Year to Date (2010)
In March 2010, motor fuel tax collections totaled
approximately $148.7 million (after refunds). There were
approximately 539.5 thousand gallons of fuel taxed which
included almost 129.5 thousand gallons of special
fuels. Special fuels are considered diesel, kerosene,
and propane.
