Motor Fuel Tax Report for the month of January 2010,
including January 2009 and Fiscal Year to Date
(2010)
In January 2010, motor fuel tax collections totaled
approximately $140.5 million (after refunds). There were
approximately 504.6 thousand gallons of fuel taxed which
included almost 116.1 thousand gallons of special
fuels. Special fuels are considered diesel, kerosene,
and propane.
