1996 Real Property Abstract by Taxing
District
Real property tax abstracts are filed with the Tax
Equalization Division annually by each county auditor. The
attached self-extracting zip file compiles the taxing
district abstracts of all 88 counties into an easily usable
DB4 file.
The file shows data by type of real property (residential,
agricultural, industrial, etc.) for items such as new
construction, reappraisal, and other changes in values for
both land and buildings. When downloaded, the database will
come with a readme.txt file that explains all of the
variables it contains.
