Analysis of 2009 Ohio Casino Initiative
The Ohio Department of Taxation and the state Office of
Budget and Management have jointly prepared a fiscal analysis
of Issue 3, the proposed constitutional amendent to expand
gambling in Ohio to four predetermined locations in
Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Toledo.
The analysis was prepared in accordance with Ohio Revised
Code Section 3519.04, which also directs the Ohio Secretary
of State to publish the report on that office's Web site.
