Key online services:

• Ohio Business Gateway  - The Ohio Business Gateway offers electronic registration and filing for the commercial activity tax (CAT), sales tax, employer withholding, unemployment compensation, workers' compensation, and municipal income taxes for nearly 500 cities and villages.
• Ohio eForms - These Adobe Acrobat forms have the look and feel of paper forms, but can be filled out and submitted electronically. eForms are now available for the sales and use tax as well as the CAT annual return and minimum tax payment return. A one-time registration is required.
• The Finder - This handy tool allows business owners to look up local income tax and sales tax rates for any address in the state of Ohio.

• Commercial activity tax (CAT) - The annual return and minimum tax payment return are now available as an eForm.
• Kilowatt-hour (KwH) tax
• Municipal income tax for electric light companies and telephone companies
• Natural gas distribution (Mcf) tax
• Sales and use tax - Electronic filing of sales tax returns is mandatory beginning with the first filing period in 2009 for all vendors, regardless of sales volume. Find the method that best suits your needs here.
