The purpose of this information release is to notify Ohio
employers of a change to a due date.
Employer Withholding Tax Payment Due Date
Change
Following the recently-announced change for filing tax
returns with the Internal Revenue Service, the Ohio
Department of Taxation has announced that Ohio and school
district employer withholding tax payments and the related
Ohio forms IT-501 and SD-101 which were due on April 16, 2007
are now due on April 17, 2007.
