Can I file my return now and return at a later time to select a payment option?
Yes. However, you are given the option to file now and post-date your payment anytime through April 15 using an electronic check. You cannot post-date a credit card payment.
If you do decide to file now and return at a later time to pay, simply return to our website, login to Income Tax Online Services secure portal and click on View/Make Payments.
