You can
e-mail us or call our Taxpayer Services Division toll free at 1-800-282-1780 during normal business hours, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you have already started your Ohio I-File session, you will have to "Save and Exit" in order to access this button. Once you have submitted your question, you may log back in to Ohio I-File with your social security number and password to continue.
