Frequently Asked Questions Tool

The Ohio Department of Taxation has compiled a list of frequently asked questions covering many different categories.

To view the questions, click on the "Select Category" bar and then click on  the category you are interested in.  A list of questions will appear pertaining to that category. Then click on the question you are inquiring about and the answer will appear.

What do I do if I change my email address and still want to receive electronic notification that a notice is available for viewing/printing?

Update your email address in My Profile. Once your email address has been updated in My Profile, you will be required to revalidate your new email address. Once your updated email address has been validated you will continue to receiving electronic notification that a notice is available for viewing/printing.
