What is the General Tax Amnesty Program?

Ohio's General Tax Amnesty Program is a limited-time opportunity offering incentives for taxpayers to pay certain delinquent tax obligations.  During the General Tax Amnesty Program, the Ohio Department of Taxation is authorized to forgive penalty and one-half of interest charges resulting from certain taxes that were unreported or underreported, and remain unpaid.
