The Ohio Department of Taxation has compiled a list of frequently asked questions covering many different categories.

To view the questions, click on the "Select Category" bar and then click on the category you are interested in.  A list of questions will appear pertaining to that category. Then click on the question you are inquiring about and the answer will appear.

Who is eligible to use Ohio ePayment?

Ohio taxpayers who have successfully registered with our Online Services are eligible to use Ohio ePayment. You will be required to provide your social security number, last name and date of birth. Additionally, you will be required to enter your 2013 federal adjusted gross income from your original IT 1040 or 1040 EZ Ohio return or the issue date of your current Ohio Driver's License or State ID.
