Cigarette Master Settlement Agreement Notice No. 8 -2003

On August 21, 2003, the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas
ordered the Attorney General of Ohio to list Carolina Tobacco
Company and ROGER brand cigarettes on the Attorney General
website directory required by Section 1346.05 of the Ohio
Revised Code. A hearing was scheduled for September 5, 2003
and has since been changed. A full hearing is scheduled for
September 18, 2003. ROGER brand cigarettes may still be
treated in a manner like other manufacturers and brands so
listed and may continue to be sold in Ohio.
