CIGARETTE MASTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT NOTICE

A supplemental certification has been approved for the
Non-Participating Manufacturer Keblon. An annotation has been
made to the Attorney General's Web Directory of approved
brands. The "made in Uruguay only" statement has been removed
from the Euro and Hava Club brand of cigarettes.
