CIGARETTE MASTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT NOTICE
No. 26- 2004
The Non-Participating Manufacturer formerly known as
Protabco/Sun has joined the MSA and is now a Participating
Manufacturer named General Tobacco. This change takes place
immediately. As a result of this change, cigarettes and
roll-your-own manufactured by General Tobacco no longer needs
to be reported on the MSA-60.
The following brand families have been removed from the
Attorney General’s Web Directory of approved brands. Sale of
this product is prohibited in Ohio after September 12, 2004.
