CIGARETTE MASTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT NOTICE
No. 24- 2004
RJR and B&W have merged. The new company is called R.J.
Reynolds Tobacco Company. Effective yesterday all brands
listed under B&W will become R.J. Reynolds Tobacco
Company brands. New brands and deleted brands are subject to
the 10-day addition/removal requirements.
The following brand families have been added
to the Attorney General’s Web Directory of approved brands.
Sale of this product is prohibited in Ohio before August 11, 2004.

Two cigarette brands have a minor name change and are not
subject to the 10-day requirement. Effective yesterday "Value
Sense" changed to "Value $ense" and "State Express 555"
changed to "State Express."
