CIGARETTE MASTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT NOTICE

There has been some confusion with the Non-Participating
Manufacturer Keblon,S.A., manufacturer of “Hava Club” and
“Euro” cigarettes. The Attorney General’s Web Directory of
approved brands has been annotated to read that only the
brands, from this Non-Participating Manufacturer,
manufactured in Uruguay are legal for sale in Ohio.
