2006 Real Property Abstract by School District
Real property tax abstracts are filed with the Ohio Department of Taxation, Tax Equalization Division annually by each county auditor. The attached file converts the taxing district abstracts into school districts for all 88 counties and shows data by type of real property (residential, agricultural, industrial, etc.) for items such as new construction, reappraisal, and other changes in values for both land and buildings.
