There has been a change to the Attorney General's Web Directory of approved brands.  This change moved certain brands from one Participating Manufacturer to another Participating Manufacturer.  This change will be effective immediately.  These brand families are now listed to the Participating Manufacturer U.S. Flue-Cured Tobacco Growers, Inc.:  1st Class, Ultra Buy, and Shield.

The following brand family has been added to the Attorney General’s Web Directory of approved brands.  Sale of this product will be permitted in Ohio on December 10, 2006.
