CIGARETTE MASTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT NOTICE No. 3- 2003
On August 21, 2003, the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas ordered the Attorney General of Ohio to list Carolina Tobacco Company and ROGER brand cigarettes on the Attorney General website directory required by Section 1346.05 of the Ohio Revised Code. That order will remain in effect until September 5, 2003, when a full hearing is scheduled. As a result of the listing, Carolina Tobacco Company and the ROGER brand may be treated in a manner like other manufacturers and brands so listed and may be sold in Ohio.
