CIGARETTE MASTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT NOTICE    No. 16 - 2007

One of the Tobacco Product Manufacturers has changed its corporate name. 

The Non-Participating Manufacturer formerly known as Single Stick, Inc. is now Prime Time International Co.   Please note that this corporate name change takes place immediately, and all of Single Stick, Inc.'s brands will now be listed as brands of Prime Time International Co.
