CIGARETTE MASTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT NOTICE    No. 14 - 2006

The following brand families have been removed from the Attorney General’s Web Directory of approved brands.  Sale of this product is prohibited in Ohio on and after June 2, 2006.

The following brand family has been added to the Attorney General’s Web Directory of approved brands.  Sale of this product is permitted in Ohio on June 2, 2006.

There are also a couple of changes to the Attorney General's Web Directory that are not additions or corrections, but updates to the names of a tobacco product manufacturer or a brand name. Therefore, such updates are not additions or removals, so they become effective immediately.

The corporate name Peter Stokkebye International Ltd. is now known as Peter Stokkebye Tobaksfabrik a/s. The Peter Stokkebye Tobaksfabrik a/s RYO brand styles formerly listed on the Ohio Tobacco Directory as PS 90 Norwegian Shag, PS 91 Danish Shag, PS 93 Amsterdam Shag, PS 94 Turkish Export, PS 95 Stockholm Blend, and PS 96 London Export will now be listed just by the brand family name P.S. RYO.

The House of Prince a/s brand styles formerly listed on the Ohio Tobacco Directory as Prince, Prince Lights, Prince Rich Taste, and Prince Rounded Taste are now listed by just the brand family name Prince.
