Cigarette Master Settlement Agreement Notice No. 11 -2003

A hearing was held by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas on September 18, 2003, regarding Carolina Tobacco Company and ROGER brand cigarettes. The court's August 22, 2003, order permitting the sale of ROGER brand cigarettes has been extended until 5 p.m. on September 25, 2003. The ROGER brand cigarettes will remain on the Attorney General's website directory and may be sold until the September 25th deadline. Further action by the court is expected that will affect whether ROGER brand cigarettes may be sold after that deadline.
