CIGARETTE MASTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT NOTICE No. 9 - 2011
This notice serves as a correction to MSA Notice No. 8 - 2011. That notice incorrectly identified the Dhanraj International brand "Rook" as a cigarette brand. It is actually an RYO brand. The brand is still being removed; however, the effective date has been changed.
Sale of the RYO brand "Rook" (Participating Manufacturer Dhanraj International) will be prohibited effective June 6, 2011.
