CIGARETTE MASTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT NOTICE No. 8 - 2007
The previous MSA notice, No. 7 - 2007, contained an error. It listed the brand family "American Choice," manufactured by Mac Baren Tobacco Company, as being removed from the Attorney General's Web Directory of approved brands. The name of the brand family was incorrect. The brand being removed is "American Blend" not "American Choice."
The effective date of the removal from the Directory has not changed.
