If you believe an individual or business is violating any of Ohio's tax laws:

If you believe an Ohio retailer is selling untaxed tobacco products, call us at this toll-free hotline: (877) SMOKE-80 ((877) 766-5380).
Recognize an Enforcement officer
If you would like to commend an Enforcement officer for outstanding service, download and complete the Recommendation for Recognition (Word) and send it as an attachment to your e-mail.
Also, please let us know if you believe an Enforcement officer has engaged in misconduct (Word).
